Refund policy

We assess each return and refund enquiry on a case by case basis. We are confident that you will love our product, but if you receive a product you are not absolutely in love with, please let us know and we can arrange an exchange or a refund. All orders placed are final, and cannot be cancelled. Under some circumstances we may offer a cancellation, however payment processing fees will be deducted and an online credit will be provided.
